There is a point behind this to use Data and other activities which will be inspected by the owner of Company that company will use that Data to show the types of ads that they will find the similar type user .

What is the difference between Telegram and WhatsApp ?

You can consider Telegram is also messaging App but there are a lot of other purposes to use this.
1. Telegram give you the access to send the Data of maximum of 2Gb which is very greater than WhatsApp .
2. Telegram also give you the Major access to join maximum of 2 lac people in one common channel .
3. In Telegram there is not that access of video call like WhatsApp . I mean WhatsApp is far better in this particular case.
4. In Telegram if you want to connect with someone there is no need to get the phone Number of that person you can connect with the help of User Id .
In Telegram you can join Channels and can get a lot content .
So, in Nutshell I can say that on some points WhatsApp wins the Race and in some case Telegram wins the Race.
In India both the Applications have their own reason of existence .
WhatsApp is used by the people by the Adult and elder people also but Telegram is mostly used by the Adult to find new web series and movies etc.
What is Signal ?
Signal is also a messaging App like WhatsApp . It is very easy to use.
